Our Team

Niki Kellett
Co-Founder
Niki’s journey has always been rooted in connection — to movement, to healing, and to her community. Niki first discovered the power of yoga and Pilates during a time of major transition in her life. Eventually, she was able to turn that passion into purpose, becoming certified to teach Pilates, Yoga and Barre as well as becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher and an Ayurvedic Nutrition Coach.
Niki is both a teacher and a faithful student who strives to always continue learning.
Her personal mantra — Movement. Karma. Connection. — guides everything she does, both on and off the mat. Niki believes that true healing happens when we nurture not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
She shares this belief through her work with local organizations like Cape Wellness Collaborative and Movement Arts Cape Cod, organizations dedicated to supporting health, healing, and joy across the community.

Niki is also a co-founder of Radiant Soul Wellness, a yoga retreat business creating welcoming spaces for people to recharge, reconnect, and find peace throughout life's beautiful chaos.
When shes not on her mat you can usually find her having adventures around Cape Cod with her husband, kids, and dogs — finding new ways to spread kindness, and move through life with purpose.

Annie Giannetti
Co-Founder

Annie “washed ashore” Cape Cod when she was 10. She graduated from Barnstable High School and has a degree in Liberal Arts from Cape Cod Community College. She was the managing editor of the campus’s newspaper, and has always been heavily involved in community events.
Annie went to her first Inferno Hot Pilates class in 2018, as a new mother looking for an outlet to focus on her own body and mind. She fell in love with the practice. She began teaching IHP in 2020, and discovered she shares a birthday with Joseph Pilates. Pilates called his practice “a complete coordination of mind, body, and spirit,” which is a sentiment that Annie holds dear in her teaching and personal practice.
Annie’s friends affectionately call her a Jill-of-all-trades. She is a reiki master, tarot reader, and avid astrologer. She also manages a salon and bartends here and there, in addition to her work as a Pilates instructor.
Annie lives in Dennis and loves going to the beach, walking her favorite nature trails, and enjoying a good cup of tea.

Dee Jones
Co-Founder
Cape Cod born and raised, Dee is a community connector, movement junkie, and co-founder of Pilates with Purpose. She graduated from Babson College in 2012 with a degree in Business, then spent several years in the startup world—getting her hands dirty in all things operations, marketing, and strategy. But the hustle of business eventually led her back to the mat.
Dee fell in love with yoga during college, and what started as a passion quickly turned into a full-blown purpose. After teaching thousands of classes across Boston and the Cape, she founded Evoke Power in 2019—a hot yoga, Pilates, and barre studio in Hyannis designed to help people sweat, heal, and connect. From Bikram and Yoga Sculpt to Inferno Hot Pilates and Mat Barre, Dee brings the heat, the heart, and a whole lot of community love. She’s also known for throwing the most unforgettable bachelorette classes and studio events around (think music, movement, and maybe a few balloons flying through the air).
On the personal side, Dee returned to the Cape in 2019 to marry her high school prom date and now lives with their two ridiculously cute pups, Howie (a golden fluff) and Benny (a yellow lab with big feelings). After experiencing firsthand the devastating effects of suicide—both in her own family and within the Evoke community—she knew she had to take action.
That’s when Pilates with Purpose was born: a movement-driven nonprofit raising funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Dee believes deeply in the power of community, connection, and showing up for each other—one pulse, plank, and breath at a time.
